Getting Started Is Easy

For new users, the first question should be:

Do you have a current listing?
If you do, you should utilize this listing with a lead capture page.

we suggest you start with these 3 squeeze pages:

1. Home Value Page - Offer a home value report by a "Real & Local Realtor".
2. Buyer Guide Page - Offer Valuable Content To Buyers
3. Seller Guide Page - Offer Valuable Content To Sellers

Use the editor to customize for your location.
For example, a headline and an offer for a "Seller Guide In Torrance, CA"
is better than just an offer for a "Seller Guide". 

You can add more later such as a page that offers value to
first time buyers, FSBO, expired listings, etc.

After setup, integrate the pages with all of your marketing.
Post it on Facebook, use the pages with digital ads such as Facebook ads, Google PPC, etc.
Add the them on any print & direct mail marketing.


After you create your pages you must do the following:
If you have a website link the squeeze pages to your site.
It helps to convert traffic from your website into leads.

Your agent site is NOT designed to capture leads. By linking
our pages to your site you will improve the effectiveness of your site.
It will help your site convert more visitors into leads.

YOU NEED A DOMAIN NAME


Do you have a domain pointed to your hosting account?

Each user must have one domain pointing to their hosting account with us.
Most either use a domain they already have registered or they register
a domain with us during signup.

However, some don't have a working domain when they signup.
If thats the case we need to fix it.

Adding a domain is easy.

You can:
1. Register a new domain with us
2. Register a new domain with any other company
3. Use an existing domain you already registered

These are the 3 options. You must choose one of them to use our service.

Option 1: To register a new domain with us just login to the CLIENT AREA and click “ORDER”.

Option 2 & 3:  You can register a domain with any company or use a domain you already registered.  
You just need to point the domain to our service. This is easy.  All you do is login to the website
where you register the domain and “update the nameservers” for the domain. 

Enter our nameservers:
Nameserver 1: ns1.prophosting.com    
Nameserver 2: ns2.prophosting.com

If you don’t know how to do this just contact the company where
you registered the domain.  They will show you. 
Again, it is very easy to do.

After updating the nameservers, your domain will point to our hosting which allows us to use it
for your real estate squeeze pages, single property sites, etc.
